Fees & Move-In Requirements
$300 Non-Refundable Community Fee
Required only upon approval and prior to move-in. This fee secures the bed and covers administrative processing and onboarding.

Monthly Program Fee - $750
Rate applies per resident for single bed in a shared room. Includes all utilities, WiFi, 24/7 security cameras, fully furnished home, a supportive environment, and access to community resources.

Move-in Payments
The first month's program fees + the $300 community fee must be paid prior to move-in. Fees are due on the 1st and 3rd, or on the residents designated check issue date.

Housing Setup
Shared-Room Accomodations
Each resident is placed in a shared bedroom with one single bed per person. This promotes affordability, structure, and safety.

Fully Furnished Home
Bedrooms include a bed, dresser, and a closet space. Residents have shared access to all common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and on-site amenities.
